I think we're dialing back on pepper plants next year. Just enough to eat and use for salsa and a couple bottles of hot sauce.

I am adding new types to mine. I think Habanero is the strongest I can handle, ao it's time to find milder and tastier types to complement my collection.
I may plant some ghost peppers just for fun later

We have a Trinidad salad pepper that's flavorful and peppery without being super hot.

When I cook with these, at least the ones we find in our local grocery--no habaneros, they end up with almost no heat. I'm sure they've contributed to the heat of the whole dish but I'm always a little disappointed. Would it increase the heat if I left in the seeds? I always trim them out as I do with the usual mild green bell peppers.
