Almost done with #Jalapeno poppers and the #Habaneros have just a few more fruits to pick, but indoor hydroponic #Serrano and Ghanaian #Chilli are full of small #peppers and #flowers.

When I cook with these, at least the ones we find in our local grocery--no habaneros, they end up with almost no heat. I'm sure they've contributed to the heat of the whole dish but I'm always a little disappointed. Would it increase the heat if I left in the seeds? I always trim them out as I do with the usual mild green bell peppers.
